Privacy Policy

1. Who is the administrator of your personal data?

The administrator of personal data is Momentum Group s.r.o., registered office: Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Praha, ID: 24360759, e-mail: info@smashroom.cz. We process your data only to the extent necessary to provide our services and communicate with you.

2. What personal data do we process?

When booking and communicating with you, we may process the following personal data:

• name and surname
• email address
• phone number
• booking information (date, time, number of people, type of package)
• possibly other data provided in the communication

3. For what purpose do we use the data?

We process your data for the following purposes:

• creating and managing a reservation
• informing about changes or cancellation of the appointment
• answers to your questions
• fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g. accounting)
• improving our services and customer service
• marketing actions

Commercial messages and direct marketing

We may contact customers by email or SMS with commercial messages about our own similar services, such as Smash Room experience packages, gift vouchers and related offers. Contact details obtained in connection with purchasing a service or voucher may be used for this purpose on the basis of our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, only where the conditions of Section 7(3) of Czech Act No. 480/2004 Coll. are met. Customers must have a clear, simple and free opportunity to refuse this use of their contact details when those details are collected and in every commercial message.

You may refuse commercial messages before completing a booking or at any later time by contacting info@smashroom.cz. Every commercial message must provide a simple, free way to unsubscribe. You may object to the processing of your data for direct marketing at any time; we will then stop using your data for that purpose. Refusing marketing does not affect your ability to book or the operational messages needed to process your order.

Where the conditions for offering our own similar services to customers are not met, we send commercial messages only with prior, separate and voluntary consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time via info@smashroom.cz or the method provided in the message. Acknowledging this privacy policy during booking does not, by itself, constitute consent to commercial messages.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We only keep personal data for as long as necessary, which is derived from the reason for their processing. In the case of reservations, no longer than 3 years from the service (e.g. due to complaints, accounting).

5. Who has access to the data?

Only employees or associates who need it to perform their work have access to the data. In some cases, data may also be processed by third parties (e.g. reservation system providers, accounting firm, e-mail services), only on the basis of a contract and in accordance with the GDPR.

6. What rights do you have?

You have the right to:

• to access your data
• to correct or supplement data
• for erasure (to the extent that the law allows us to do so)
• to restrict processing
• object to processing
• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz)

7. Data Security

We protect your data using modern technologies and access rights in order to prevent their misuse, loss or unauthorized access.

Visits and completed purchases

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 (Google) and Meta Pixel / Conversions API (Meta) measure visits, checkout progress, paid bookings and vouchers, and advertising performance. We send technical browser and session identifiers and purchase details (identifier, type, package, amount and currency). This measurement does not send the name, email or phone entered in an order. The server verifies payment with Comgate; a repeated notification is not a new purchase.
