Smash Room Prague reservations are now completed directly through the Booqito system on the Price list and reservation page. In one place, you select a package, an available date and possibly a gift voucher.
Why we changed the reservation system
The original system brought complications with confirmation emails, payments and voucher management. That's why we switched to a solution that displays current availability directly on our website and combines service selection, date and payment into one process.
For the visitor, this means fewer redirects and a clearer overview of which packages and times are actually free.
How to make an online reservation
Select a specific package on the Price list and booking page. The system will display the available dates, the price and the next steps of the order. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation to the specified e-mail; if you don't see it, check your Bulk and Spam folders as well.

What to do if you have problems with your booking or voucher
If the payment is interrupted, the confirmation does not arrive or you are not sure of the validity of the older voucher, do not repeatedly create several orders. Write to info@smashroom.cz and include your name, e-mail used during purchase and approximate time of order.
Online booking is required before each visit. Without a reserved date, we cannot guarantee a prepared destruction zone or the contents of the package.
